Application Form: Exmoor's Rising Stars

We are looking for young, dynamic and amazing new businesses to have one of the 10 spaces in our "Exmoor's Rising Stars" barn at the first Taste Exmoor Food & Drink Festival which we are organising in association with the National Trust at the NT's Holnicote Estate from 16 to 18 July 2021.
You will have to bring your own table and chairs. Your space is big enough for a six-foot-table.

Please note that we will need copies of your public liability insurance, risk assessment* and food hygiene certificate. These can be emailed to bookings@exmoorevents.com.  If we don't have these documents by 16 June 2020, you run the risk of losing your space in the "Exmoor's Rising Stars Barn".

Set-up:  Friday, 16 July 2021, between 8am and 1pm.

Trading hours:
Friday, 16 July 2020:            5pm  -   8pm
Saturday, 18 July 2020:     10am  -   5pm
Sunday, 19 July 2020:        10am  -   4pm


IMPORTANT:
This application is binding as soon as accepted by the event organiser and will be followed up by an invoice. Full payment will be due upon receipt.

*We will email you a separate form with instructions for the risk assessment.
